Target & Beauty Supply Haul

I went to Target today to shop for house and toddler stuff and decided to pick up a makuep remover because the eye makeup remover I have burns my eyes.  So I picked up the Target brand Oil Free Makeup Remover because I was being cheap, but compared the ingredients to the Neutrogena one like the bottle said to do and ummm the ingredients are the same.  So, I picked up the Target brand and I’m about to go and use it because I need to get this makeup off.

I also picked up another eye brush because I needed another one in addition to my MAC 239 because it gets dirty and I get lazy and don’t clean it right way.  The next day I need a clean brush and don’t have one so I got a Sonia Kashuk fluffy eye brush as a backup.  I washed it when I got home, but I didn’t use it yet.  I might use it tomorrow.

I went to the beauty supply store to get relaxer for my 14 year old and while I was there I ran into some belly rings.  Too cute.  I picked up a Betty Boop and Hello Kitty belly rings.  I got my belly pierced on March 1, 2009 and have not removed the original ring and I’m having a hard time trying to get it out.  The screw won’t twist off.  I’m going to have to get Hubby to help me out.  I thought my discharging was over and it’s not, I had some discharge while I was fighting to get it out.  Oh well.  It’s been about six months already and it hasn’t totally healed up yet.  What’s up with me??  Gross.

And now for the pics!

A Beauty Supply Haul

I love beauty supply stores so when I saw one while walking around with my hubby and daughter at Columbus Farmers Market yesterday I had to go in.  It is a wholesale store call J&M so everything in there was priced cheap.  My total order came to $20. so that was good.

J&M had  lots and lots of CoverGirl, Maybelline, Victoria Secret, Jordana,  L’Oreal, Avon, The Body Shop, Physician’s Formula and Revlon makeup (there were more brands, but I can’t think of any more right now). They also had lots of makeup brushes and other tools.  They had nail polishes of a brand I never heard of and I cannot remember the name.

Earlier in the day I had watched GregoryGorgeous’ new Youtube video re: Skincare and he mentioned St. Ives (but he switched over to Cetaphil) but I grabbed a couple of products anyway because my breakouts are still going on since I switched over from Neutrogena to Clean & Clear.  So yeah, I grabbed St. Ives Elements Olive Scrub (which I tried out already and it left my skin so soft and feeling clean $2.99) and St. Ives Swiss Formula Firming Mask (that I also tried out today and it left my skin amazingly soft – $2.99).

I also grabbed a bottle of Johnson’s Extra Conditioning Baby Shampoo for my brushes ($1.99), a random bottle of top coat for my nails because I needed one ($1.00),  L’Oreal Paris Telescopic Liquid Liner in Carbon Black ($1.99), Secret Deodorant ($2.00) and two Maybelline Unstoppable liners in Espresso and in Onyx.  Hubby picked up some Colgate toothbruhes and something else…I can’t remember.  Here is my beauty supply haul pic.
