MAC Woman Wonder Haul (I’m Back!)
This is a very old haul, but I have to post it on my blog! So this is all of the stuff I decided to keep from what I originally purchase from MAC Wonder Woman collection. I’ll tell you what I returned at the end of this post. Sorry I couldn’t have at least taken pics and swatches of those items, but my camera was out of commission. This collection was very expensive so that’s why I made sure to test everything I bought and returned items I know I wouldn’t use. I forgot the pricing on each thing. Forgive me!
Anyhooo! This is all that I picked up!
MAC Stylishly Yours Collection A No Haul
I’m not kidding. I didn’t get one thing from this collection. I am a very colorful person when it comes to makeup, but I’m not just going to buy Cream Color Bases (CCB) just to use on my cheeks. You can use the CCB on your lips and your cheeks from this collection, but I have lipsticks and blushes that look like the ones in this collection so I passed. I do like that Neon Orange and I will probably get that eventually, but there is no need for it now. *shrugs* Cute collection, but just not interested. 
MAC Cham Pale Collection Haul
I thought I was feeling this collection, even after seeing Temptalia’s swatches, but after seeing it in person I wasn’t anymore. I was excited about that paint pot called Dangerous Cuvee, but found that it swatched out too sheer and shimmery, but feels good going on and on. What I was looking for in this product was a Make Up For Ever Aqua Color (which I am in love with and I will be getting a few of those) in a cheaper brand…Dangerous Cuvee is so not it at all — it could have been MAC! I could have been!
Anyway, I only picked up that eye liner called, “I Get No Kick” to brighten the inner corner of my eyes and my lower lash lines. There is a dupe for this by Urban Decay (Midnight Cowboy per Temptalia), but the MAC version is cheaper and if MAC has it cheaper in a pencil form (don’t have to take my Book of Shadows to have it) then I go with MAC. I will post a swatch of the liner with my MAC Mickey Contractor collection haul.
I’m kind of sad that I couldn’t get more, but at least I have more money to burn on MAC Mickey and that Peacocky collection coming out soon.
Yes, yes, yes. I’m Going to Order Pink Friday.
For those who have asked me, yes I’m going to get the MAC Lipstick in Pink Friday created by Ms. Nicki Minaj herself. That Drake verse, I mean that Nicki verse in that new song she got out with Eminem (that I heard today for the first time) called, “Roman’s Revenge” is ill. It’s nasty. FYI, I’m not a fan of Nicki Minaj’s music, but I am a fan of her style ‘cuz it reminds me of Lil’ Kim’s and I am a huge KIM FAN because she’s who I grew up listening to and she’s the Queen B. I also grew up listening and still adore to this day, KIM, YoYo, Salt n’ Pepa, McLyte, Queen Latifah, Eve, Da Brat, Lady of Rage, and Rah Digga just to name a few from my generation.
So yes, I’m going to be ordering the lipstick this coming Friday. It’s a true Barbie pink. No swatches are out yet of course, but from her promo pics it looks like a soft “pornstar pink”.
According to the MAC website, this lipstick is limited edition and can only be ordered on Fridays through the MAC Cosmetics website…just four Fridays only…starting November 26, 2010 so if you want this lipstick then get it right away.
