Spent Halloween at Disney World
Yes, I am back! I spent an entire week at Walt Disney World (my favorite place in the World) in Orlando, Florida and I had a blast! I attended Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom on Halloween and had a super time. The weather was great and it did not rain on that day. We also conquered Animal Kingdom, boozed and ate around the World Showcase at Epcot, did a little at Hollywood Studios and went back to Magic Kingdom again to find my Princess Tiana – and I did!
Also, in the spirit of the MAC Venomous Villains collection that launched a couple of months back, I wanted to show you guys pictures of me with two of four of my favorite Disney Villains…here is Maleficent and I and then Dr. Facilier aka Shadow Man and I at Villains Mix & Mingle…PURE LOVE!!!!! My other two favorites is Yzma and Scar.
And yes, I know I was hella sweating so forgive me for the sweaty pit party going on. I had to run from Walt and Mickey’s statue at the hub over into the greet and meet line and with a huge crowd around it wasn’t easy getting there. Had I known, at the time – I was super excited to pose with them – I was sweating like that I wouldn’t have posed that way. Grrrrrrrr. I have to get this picture fixed and I will.
EOTD, FOTD, OOTD: I wore my Minnie Ears all week – the ears have sequins on them – Divalicious! I was going for a dark, vampy look with purple because it’s my bestie’s, Maleficent, favorite color and I wanted to impress. I wore all MAC shadows (can’t remember what I used) and Violetta lipstick with Wicked Ways lipglass on top. MAC Pro Longwear foundation and concealer…Bite of An Apple blush and NARS Daphne eyeshadow (I needed the darky blue purple for this vampy look), highlighted with Perfect Topping MSF, contoured with MAC Blunt blush, Stila Kajal liner in Onyx…that’s all I can remember for now. I also rocked my diamonds and my Disney Jack O Latern Naughty tshirt. On my nails, Orly Galaxy Girl.
Tim Burton May Be “Bringing Sexy Back”
And I hope he does!!! It is (((rumored))) that Tim Burton is looking to cast, the beautiful, Angelina Jolie as Maleficent (the BEST villain next to Dr. Facilier Disney has created) in his adaptation of Sleeping Beauty (due out? nobody knows!). “Angelina is about to be witched: Looks like Disney may have found the perfect villain for their live-action adaptation of “Sleeping Beauty” – none other than Angie Jolie. Jolie is rumored to be joining the project, which will retell the classic fairy tale from the evil Maleficent’s perspective, along with famed director Tim Burton. “It’s unclear if Jolie’s involvement would be conditional on Burton moving forward with it too,” says a source. “But it’s nonetheless notable that Jolie is actively engaging with the material.”

MAC Venomous Villians Haul & Swatches
The MAC Venomous Villains collection hit the stores this past Thursday and I was able to get all of the things I wanted out of this collection because I put them old hold a week and a half before it was released. I don’t have any pictures of the nail polishes I picked up because those were the only things that were not put on hold for me because the counter where I placed my hold only got in 2 each of the nail polishes. I was able to place an order with Bloomingdales so my nail polishes are on the way! I decided on Bad Fairy and Formidable!…was not feeling Mean & Green so I passed on it. As for the collection as a whole, I love the packaging andall of the colors. I think MAC did a great job overall. I would have liked to see more with Dr. Facilier, but I think his collection came out pretty good. I am happy with my purchase. Swatches at the end! Anyhooo…here is my haul!
MAC (and Disney) Venomous Villains Collection for Fall 2010
MAC and Disney paired up to bring us this great collection of makeup, well I think it’s great and I am definitely interested in A LOT of the products.
